Return Policy
1. 30-Day Return Policy:
You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
2. Exclusions:
Customized or personalized posters are non-returnable unless there is a defect or error in the product. Items that are damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling are not eligible for return.
3. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@premiumtopup.co.in and provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if the item is damaged. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
4. Refund:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
5. Replacement:
If you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us with details and photos of the issue.
6. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
7. Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
